This is a legal document that allows you to appoint an Agent to manage your property, legal or financial affairs when you are not able to do so, and it remains in effect until you revoke it or upon your death.

This legal document allows you to appoint an Agent to make decisions in health care situations when you are not able to due to illness or incapacity.  ​

iRREVOCABLE tRUSTS

This is a type of trust that cannot be changed or cancelled after the document has been signed. Irrevocable trusts are generally set up to minimize estate taxes, access government benefits and protect assets. Once an Irrevocable trust is established, the grantor no longer has legal control over the assets placed into the trust.

A legal document that places the grantor's assets into the trust during their lifetime and distributes them to their designated beneficiaries upon their death.
